Key responsibilities include:
- Design, configure, and build custom Automated Test Equipment (ATE) and develop Test Program Sets (TPS)
- Conduct detailed circuit analysis of complex systems, including subsystems, LRUs, and SRUs, to determine test system requirements
- Define hardware and software requirements for test systems, including ITAs, cables, and harnesses, leveraging COTS components where applicable
- Source and procure required components and materials
- Create comprehensive technical documentation including schematics, wiring diagrams, specifications, test procedures, mechanical drawings, and work orders
- Participate in design and review milestones such as PDRs, CDRs, and acceptance testing with internal teams and customers

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) or equivalent
- Strong understanding of both analog and digital circuit design
- At least 3 years of experience designing circuits using tools such as Altium, OrCAD, or Cadence
- Hands-on experience with standard test equipment including oscilloscopes, DMMs, power supplies, function generators, data acquisition systems, and DIO
What You Bring to the Team
Success in this role requires strong analytical thinking and troubleshooting capabilities, along with the ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to both internal teams and external customers.
